I've suffered from anxiety for years and 2 hours with Jenny has helped me so much. The audio she provided me has been fantastic it helps me get to sleep and have a more peaceful sleep. Jenny is the easiest person to talk to and makes you feel at ease give it a go you won't be disappointed.

I went to Jenny for two reasons - to give up smoking and to feel happier within myself. I have now not smoked a cigarette for weeks and feel so much happier in myself. Would highly recommend. She is great fun too, I think I've found a friend for life! A very positive experience

Jenny is one of the most loveliest people I’ve met, she was funny and made me laugh even when I was nervous and anxious, she made me feel comfortable as soon as I got there, she was very friendly and welcoming. As soon as she worked her magic, I felt calm and relaxed, as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. It was such a good experience and jenny is definitely who I would recommend if anyone is wanting to get hypnotherapy or just even need someone to talk to, she is the best listener!
